... and the week of visitors
This last month has been crazy! Lots of visitors and tons was accomplished, but by Sunday I was ready to pass out. Hence the ever so late blog post!
Oct. 6th Lexie turned ONE and Grandma Dewey- Penney dropped by to wish the girly Q happy birthday.
And then, my parents came into town! Thank heavens we have a bigger place now to place bums!
Shane turned 30 on Oct. 16th and I thought that was a good excuse to throw a BIG party for Lexie and for Shane. (But according to the girl friendly decorations and cake- Shane thinks the party was mostly for Lexie...)
Birthday Crew specialists. Candace made the cake- Jesi and I helped a little with the fondant. Jesi made the ever so cool fondant bow on top. ANd I made the sugar free/baby friendly Lexie cake. :D
The birthday folks
Not quite sure what she thinks about the candle.
Then she dug in. Grandma Penney had to show her how to get started.
Three little pigs sleeping on the hide-a-bed down stairs. So thankful to have the room at our new place!
Unfortunatly, my family had to leave for Salt Lake Sunday. So we said our farewells at the temple visitor center after we walked through the guest artist exhibit of the Book of Mormon. These were amazing pictures! Real cool.
Well- thanks for the visits everyone! Let's party again. :D
